Scope
We start with the actual problem — what it costs you today, what 'solved' looks like, and whether a custom build is even the right call. If it isn't, I'll tell you.
Design
I map the approach — architecture, where AI fits, where humans stay in the loop — and agree it with you before any real code is written.
Build
I build it, with something working and testable in your hands early. Then we tighten it against real usage instead of guesses.
Hand off
