These terms govern your use of blueprintkey.com. Paid consulting and coaching engagements with BlueprintKey LLC are governed by a separate written agreement, not these terms. Last updated: May 16, 2026.
Acceptance
By accessing blueprintkey.com (the "site"), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. BlueprintKey LLC ("BlueprintKey", "we", "us") may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Paid consulting, coaching, and training services with BlueprintKey are provided only under a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work or order form) signed by both parties. The terms of that agreement — including scope, fees, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, and termination — govern that engagement, not these site terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal discussion. If unresolved within thirty days, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules in San Francisco, California; judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property. Each party waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
